Extremely disappointing experience. The perfumes I received do not appear to be genuine. They came in small, cheap-looking bottles, and the fragrance itself smells completely different from the original perfume I know.
I contacted the seller about this and was told that the perfumes were authentic, but I strongly disagree based on what I received.
What makes the situation even worse is the customer service. As soon as I asked to return the products and requested a refund, they simply stopped responding to me. Before I mentioned a return, they were able to reply — afterwards, complete silence.
I would not purchase from this seller again. If you are expecting genuine perfume and proper customer service when something goes wrong, I would be extremely cautious. I am now having to take further steps to recover my money because my request to return the items has been ignored.
