Return Policy
Time Frame for Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- We cannot accept returns on opened items.
- Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Condition for Return
- Returns are accepted only for unopened perfume bottles, which must be in the same condition as received: unused and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been used, opened, or is damaged, ensuring the safety and hygiene of our offerings.
Reporting Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Exchanges
- For an exchange, please return the original item. After the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Note that the bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
