If I’ve ever worn or sampled a better patchouli, I can’t remember. Psychadelique has a strong medicinal and earthy opening, typical of many patchouli dominant scents. But it’s the long, creamy dry down that won me over.
Psychedelique morphs into a lovely vanilla patchouli, and I adore it. I see that amber is slightly ahead in the vote column, but on me the second note is a very good quality vanilla. Incidentally, I don’t get bakery vibes off this perfume. The vanillla leans more into the floral direction—helped out by Rose and a spicy geranium.
Psychedelique is a treasure not to be missed, and I immediately placed it in my “to buy” list. Looking forward to the day I can spray more liberally.
The 70s, free love, the stalls of the hippies, progressive rock, frankincense, myrrh, and patchouli as landlord. Delicious!
I'm tripping balls, man!
But seriously, smelling this fragrance is an experience you won't forget.
This is a masterful patchouli-centric composition with creamy vanilla, strong amber and labdanum.
Don't confess your love for patchouli unless you have this in your collection!
Just WOW, lol...Dark, smoking hot patchouli dipped in moldy amber, with a bit skunky, dirty, not soapy musk and warm spicy chocholate; dark, sultry and sexy fragrance... Very evocative and erotic scent, IMO. And, ehhh,... I want a bottle!
Warm and inviting fragrance. Smooth rose and patchouli concoction. The vanilla in the base sweetens to perfection. I just wish that people who don’t get patchouli would stop using patchouli centric fragrances then bashing them.
