I don't know why but this parfume has a really good chemistry with my skin, above 8hrs on the skin and 12hrs on clothes, fresh opening and a bit woody pencil-like dry-down, unisex and it's the most complimented perfume I have(?) male-20 years old
would defo recommend but a bit overpriced

I love Gypsy Water!

Oh, Gosh…I love Gypsy Water! I normally have trouble with fragrances lasting on my skin, but I was pleasantly surprised at the longevity I got with this one. After applying it over Gypsy Water Body Cream this morning I was pleasantly surprised to notice the fragrance still lingered into the night. The blend of incense, vanilla, amber, and sandalwood works well on my skin. It has a very subtle projection, which I like as I don’t like overpowering fragrance that announces one’s arrival before entering a room. Gypsy Water is my new favorite indeed!

This is a very nice scent...that's all I can say. Not my type of scent. It actually somewhat reminds me of Burberry Brit – the same dusty lemony vanilla vibe, maybe just a bit woodier and more interesting. It's only been 3 hours since I've sprayed it and it's barely there. That seems to be the case for most Byredo fragrances, which is sad considering the hefty, hefty price tag.

Sampled this and absolutely loved it. To my novice nose, I didn't make out a lot of the middle green notes, but to me, the dry down was the most gorgeous part. The creamy sandalwood was incredible when the scent fully meshed with my skin. Disappointingly, everyone is correct - this is such a light fragrance. It does not project when worn outside and it is really subtle even indoors. I did smell this on me for ~6 hours, but it was a very nice intimate sillage. It's definitely something I want to add to my collection, but it will need a full 10ml decant trial first.
