Given the high prices - £16 for 2 mls decant - everything could be improved. It is a long wait (a week) for your order to be shipped. I got the wrong scent sent and had to chase customer service for solution that took time and energy. I got no reply via email and managed to talk to someone via chat on the website. A replacement with the correct scent was sent - thank you for that. Overall disappointed with long wait, slow process, slow replies and human errors that take chasing to be fixed.
